The restaurant was opened in 1973 and was modeled after Tuscan restaurants and Californian bars. It's impossible to imagine Bern without it.
The restaurant has emphasized Tuscan cuisine since its early years – a tradition that continues to this day. The wine menu features leading producers from Italy's wine-growing regions.
The neighboring lounge/club Du Théâtre exhibits one-of-a-kind architecture and is considered one of Switzerland's nicest clubs.
